Product Overview

All Sepro Rotary Equipment ( Scrubbers, Grinding Mills, Agglomeration Drums) rely on the time tested, rugged and low maintenance Sepro pneumatic tyre drive system. Used on rotating equipment up to 4 meters in diameter and with drives up to 800 kW Sepro units have been used across a wide range of mineral processing applications around the world. This drive system has been developed to minimize and simplify the maintenance found in traditional drive types such as gear/pinion and chain/Sprocket arrangements. With no metal on metal contact with in the drive system both noise and transmitted vibration are kept to minimum. Access to the tyres for maintenance has been engineered for safety , simplicity and accessibility with remote tyre monitoring, integral jacking systems and safety blocks included in all large rotating equipment. With diverse applications from the agglomeration of fines, scrubbing clay from lateritic ores, to lime slaking Sepro is in a position to deliver equipment to help solve a wide range of process challenges.
