Product Overview

Each plant size is designed to include Sepro manufactured equipment including Falcon Gravity Concentrators, Tyre Driven Scrubbers, Slurry Pumps, Vibrating Screens, and Dense Medium Separators.

Available plant sizes include the IGR500, IGR1000 and IGR3000. All plants are designed to minimize construction time, expenses, and maintenance requirements. Plants are intended to be serviceable with hand tools available on-site with no computerized controls for ease of operations.

Sepro Small-Scale Mining Plants are designed to be easily containerized, shipped and reassembled into standard 20′ shipping containers and are serviceable throughout the world. Process testing is critical to the success of any plant and Sepro recommends sample testing for all ore bodies with Sepro Laboratories.
